Return & Exchange Policy – AMAR AAMEE
At AMAR AAMEE, we value every customer and ensure top-quality T-shirts with export-standard fabric, stitching, and packaging. Our policy is designed to protect both our customers and our brand identity, while minimizing loss and misuse of returns.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
✔ Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
✔ Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
✔ Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
✔ Only manufacturing defects (wrong size, wrong print, damaged product) will be considered.
✔ Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Worn or used T-shirts (party, meeting, event wear).
❌ Products showing signs of washing, perfume, deodorant, or stains.
❌ Customized orders (name, logo, or special design prints).
❌ Items returned without original invoice, tags, and packaging.
3. Exchange Policy
✔ Size exchange allowed only once per order.
✔ Customer must send the product back to us at their own courier cost (unless there is a quality issue from our side).
✔ Replacement will be shipped once the returned item passes quality check.
4. Refund Policy
✔ Refunds are issued only if:
· Wrong product sent
· Manufacturing defect verified
· Item not available for replacement
✔ Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.
✔ Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable.
5. Process for Return / Exchange
· Email/WhatsApp our customer support with Order ID, photos, and reason for return.
· Wait for confirmation and return approval from our team.
· Ship the product back to the provided address.
· After inspection, replacement/refund will be processed.
· Brand Protection & Legal Terms
Any misuse of the return policy (used T-shirts being returned) will lead to blacklisting of the customer account.
In case of dispute, the company reserves the right to reject returns.
Our policy complies with Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and applicable E-commerce laws.
